Note to Educators:
In the Fall of 2004 PCS, Aurora introduced a "fossil dig kit" for teachers and educators.
The kit includes a five-gallon bucket of fossil rich material and a paleontology guide.
To inquire about obtaining a kit, send an email to  . This would be a great classroom exercise!! Please pass this information along to anyone who could benefit from this. This is a great way to introduce children to fossils even if you don't have the time to volunteer to go to a school to hold a fossil event yourself. PCS requires all requests to be submitted on school letterhead stationary and fossil kit mailed to the schools' address. Limit 1 (one) kit per teacher, per year..
